Rates vary for those attending a single day or the full the conference as well as for members and nonmembers. Early bird registration will start February 1st and end February 28th. You can register at here.

Registrations are non-refundable, however conference registration may be transferred to another attendee.

Yes, we offer CEU registration opportunities for our professional participants looking to maintain their licensure.

As credentialing agencies are selected, the web site will be updated to reflect the number and cost of CEU’s.

Due to the financial commitments of putting on an in-person conference, it is not financially possible for us to offer a virtual option. We apologize for the inconvenience this year as we still navigate these challenging times.

Conference proposals will be reviewed by February 15, 2022, you may submit a proposal for consideration to kholder@maryland-cap.org.

Yes. The agenda for the Conference will posted online by March 1st.

All conference attendees are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday night. Attendance is included with your registration.

For your comfort, business casual is appropriate. We suggest you dress in layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms can vary considerably.

YES! There will be several opportunities to win prizes at the conference this year when attendees participate in the Whova App. There will be contests for large prizes awarded each day, including a drone, Beats Studio Buds and gift baskets. Prizes will be awarded for Whova Leaderboard winners (first, second and third places), Scavenger Hunt and Photo Contests. There will also be opportunities to win a matching cooler bag when you show proof of following MCAP social media channels, complete the MCAP Passport of the exhibit hall and participate in an interview to share you stories. Exhibitors will also have items at their exhibitor tables.

Donations requested from the Dollar Store, include: Body Wash, Shampoo, Toothbrush/Toothpaste/Floss/Mouthwash, 1 Roll of Toilet Paper and 1 Pack of Wipes, 1 Small Pack of Tissues, Lotion & Chapstick, Deodorant, Trash bags (39, 30, & 13 gallon), Dish Detergent (small sizes), Laundry Detergent, Storage bags (all sizes) & Freezer bags (gallon size), Disinfectant Wipes, SOS Pads, White Vinegar/Baking soda (for cleaning), Gloves (cleaning, food service, or non-latex gloves).

Your registration for the conference includes access to all plenaries, sessions, and on-site networking events from May 10-13, 2022.

While our conference fee reflects the true cost of the in-person conference, we understand that these are unprecedented times and that many in our field have been hard hit by the Coronavirus pandemic. We are committed to making the conference accessible to all, so we're offering a one-day registration.

Safety Protocols

The health and safety of the conference attendees and hotel staff are our top priority. MCAP will review the Centers for Disease Control recommendations at the time of the conference to determine the safety policy. At this time, masks will be available for all events. We will continue to review this policy as the conference dates get closer.
